Gift Vouchers

How to purchase a gift voucher.

Decide the value of the voucher you wish to purchase.
Checkout using Paypal online payments, if you don't have a Paypal account you can simply checkout as a guest.
Please provide the name and message you would like to appear on the voucher by filling out the 'note to the seller' box.
Your voucher will be posted to the address provided. Please see below for more information on postage.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Postage. All gift vouchers are posted via Royal mail 1st class envelope the next business working day. Vouchers purchased before 2pm we will be dispatched the same working day. The last day for Christmas delivery is 2pm Friday 20th December.
Using your voucher for bike hire. For bike hire our general terms and conditions apply when using your gift voucher. If your using a gift voucher for bike hire you must provide the appropriate security deposit as listed on our (Terms and Conditions).

Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 2 seasons from the date of purchase, each season runs from 1st April - 1st October. Please note the voucher cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the service/hire – for example where a £20 voucher is used to purchase a £10 service/hire.
Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Availability. Valley Cycles and Leisure does not guarantee that spaces will be available on the day. To redeem your voucher please use the contact form.
How do I redeem my voucher? Simply use the contact form to the side and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
Offers Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer currently run by Valley Cycles and Leisure.
